Thanks to everyone who made the 2016 IMI Annual Event and Meeting a success! The event was held at The Pavilion in Marion, IL on August 23 & 24, 2016. We had almost 400 participants, another 200 including mine rescue personnel, 10 college and university students, five high schools with 110 students in attendance, plus 50 exhibits at the trade show. The technical sessions were conducted by leading experts, the golf tournament had great weather, and everyone enjoyed the reception at Kokopelli with speaker John Cabello. The event was concluded by the picnic at Black Diamond with live music.
