Mine Rescue Competition: Mine rescue lock up begins at 7:00 a.m. with the first team on the field at 8:00 a.m. The awards will be presented at the IMI Annual Picnic at Black Diamond. We have set a time of 6:00 p.m., but this is subject to change depending on the time that the competitions end.
Professional Networking: More information to come!
Exhibit Hall: The exhibit hall will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please join us as the exhibitors showcase the latest in mining technology. We will also be hosting around 100 high school students to join us through the exhibit floor.
Membership Meeting: The IMI welcomes all members to join its membership meeting beginning at 12:30 p.m.
IMI Annual Picnic: The picnic will be at Black Diamond Harley Davidson in Marion, IL at 5:00 p.m. and mine rescue awards will presented at 6:00 p.m. Live music and food will be provided. This event is sponsored by the Illinois Mining Institute and Black Diamond Harley Davidson.
