We are happy you are interested in becoming an exhibitor at the Illinois Mining Institute Annual Meeting. Below you will find all the information you need to register.  Exhibitor registration includes the expo, lunch on Wednesday, technical sessions,  Tuesday evening reception, mine rescue competition, and the Black Diamond Harley-Davidson Picnic.

  • Indoor Booth Space:   10′ x 10′ Booth(s) include a table, two chairs, side & back booth drapes, & registration for one exhibitor.  Exhibitors should bring their own table cloth & skirt.

    • Educational Institutions $235.00
    • Large Equipment Indoor Space 20′ x 20′ $1,620.00
    • Additional Exhibitors $50/person
  • Outdoor Space: Under the entrance awning.
    • $450/each
    • Only two spaces available
    • Additional Exhibitors $50/person

The Registration Process

  • Step 1: IMI Vendor Contract
    • Review & sign.  Email signed contract to coordinator@imi1892.com.
    • Includes the schedule of events, set up & take-down times, food/beverage options; rules and regulations; and other helpful information.
  • Step 2: IMI Vendor Layout
    • View the lay-out to determine available space. Available booth spaces are white, spaces that are taken are in gray.  This will be updated weekly.
    • Enter your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choice on the vendor registration form (Step #3- below).
  • Step 3: IMI Vendor Registration Form
    • Complete the form and keep a copy for your records
  • Step 4 (Optional): Golf Tournament/Hole Sponsorship
    • We welcome all exhibitors to play in the golf tournament or to showcase their company on a green.  The cost is $125/player and $100/hole sponsorship.
