Registration Process

Complete steps 1-3 below, then additional options as preferred.

  1. IMI Vendor Contract
    • Review & sign.  Email to coordinator@imi1892.com.
    • Includes schedule of events, set-up & take-down times, food/beverage options; rules & regulations; and other helpful information.
  2. IMI Vendor Layout
    • View the lay-out to determine available space. Available booth spaces are white, spaces that are taken are in gray.
    • Next, enter your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice on the vendor registration form (step #3 – below).
  3. IMI Vendor Registration Form
  4. Shipping & Receiving Form – The Pavilion (As needed)
    • This form must be submitted to The Pavilion in order to ship and receive property to the expo hall. Direct all questions to The Pavilion. The IMI is not responsible for shipments.
    • Friday, August 21st  is the first receiving date.
  5. Golf Tournament/Hole Sponsor (Optional)
